Don't buy a kitchen from Moben. I learned the hard way. We agreed to buy one from them based on their heavily advertised promise to get it installed before Christmas.
Three weeks after we'd handed over a deposit, they called us and casually explained that they wouldn't be fitting it until mid January. And when we cancelled it, they said they would keep £500 of our deposit because they'd already ordered the materials!

Coming over all Esther Rantzen, I typed the words 'Moben' and 'complaints' into Google. I could have typed in 'Paris Hilton' and 'sex tape' and got fewer search results. The internet is awash with the sorry victims of Moben's unscrupulous business practices. There's a whole community of them, exchanging horror stories of stolen deposits, half-finished kitchens, rude workmen and faulty fridges.
It was actually quite comforting in a way. Losing £500 was a fairly inconsequential fate by comparison. I suppose I should
