Spanish Volkswagen driver and former world rally champion Carlos Sainz of Spain on the drive from Puerto Madryn to Ingeniero Jacobacci in Argentina during the third stage of the 2009 Dakar Rally. The rally traditionally starts in a west European city and finishes in Dakar, Senegal, but the threat of terrorism led to the cancellation of the 2008 race and its relocation to South America
