Dell's new super-slim laptop claims to be the thinnest ever - but is it all style over substance? That 'Adamo' is Latin for 'fall in love with' tells you something of
Dell's ambitions with this super-slim laptop. Precision-machined from a single lump of aluminium, it's a shade thinner than the tubbiest part of a MacBook Air, albeit a touch heavier. It's got an
HD-capable screen, built-in SIM card slot, a solid-state hard drive and a claimed five-hour battery life. It's well furnished on the outside too: three USB ports and an eSATA socket make Apple look
stingy. At this price, we don't suspect the Adamo to fly off the shelves, but we can't wait to get our hands on one to see how we really feel about it...
