Sony's first touchscreen Walkman comes highly anticipated, and boy has it been worth waiting for. Foremost, it does its primary job as a music player exceptionally
well. Thumping, hearty music is the result of an S-master amplifier, digital noise cancelling and great ear-plugging headphones. But, going beyond audio credentials, a nimble 3in OLED screen
produces deep blacks, Daz-quality whites and sumptuous colour. Compared to the iPod touch media package, it's not as thin, has a smaller screen and can't get apps. But for audio awe it walks all
over its rivals.
