He's a master of the slick photographic tableau vivant that is both ultra modern and steeped in art history. He imagines decadent feasts, sinister covens, celestial picnics and pirate ships, all of them swarming with sexy Sirens and wild bacchantes. Despite the near visual overload the results sometimes cause, the idea behind them is simple - that women can be both sex object and dominatrix all rolled into one.
