Standing by were the Metropolitan Police, 'Working together for a chic-er London', and Topshop's security blokes. "DON'T MOVE!" bellowed one, and a gorgeous blonde froze in her stilettos. He stooped to retrieve her lost gold hoop-earring. Another fashion victim saved.
