Christina Lamb

is foreign affairs correspondent for the Sunday Times, covering conflicts from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe.  She has won Foreign Correspondent of the Year award five times. Her most recent book is Small Wars Permitting, which is part memoir and part collection of her dispatches. She lives between London and Portugal with her husband and son.
