An ugly distortion of the Middle East

I refer to your article "Palestinian despair at Olmert’s talk of peace".

I am a very recent subscriber to The First Post and, so far, I have been impressed with the reporting and the articles. However, I was so disappointed to read this particular article first thing this morning. It is extremely one-sided in favour of the Palestinian situation and, therefore, like most of the British press is highly likely to give the public (who are relatively ignorant on Middle East matters and very dependent upon the mainstream press for their information) a highly distorted picture of the ongoing situation in Israel and the Palestinian territories. I beg you please, in the interests of fairness and honesty, to publish an article that will redress the balance.

When was it decided that the truth was no longer valid? Oh yes I remember – whenever post-modernism reared its ugly head.
