Mosley takes NOTW to court over Nazi claims
Having successfully staved off an attempt to remove him from his job as president of the Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) last month, Max Mosley is now attempting to disprove the allegation that provoked it – the News of the World expose that revealed he'd enjoyed a sado-masochistic orgy with five call-girls.
Mosley, son of the former British fascist leader Sir Oswald Mosley, has always denied one crucial element of the newspaper's story – that the tryst with the prostitutes was Nazi-themed – and yesterday he was given approval to pursue a breach of privacy case against the newspaper in the High Court.
It should prove interesting. In a video posted on the News of the World website, which was later removed, two of the women with Mosley were attired in black-and-white striped prisoners' uniforms. The video showed him counting in German - "Eins! Zwei! Drei! Vier! Funf!" - as he used a leather strap to lash one of the women. (Continued below)

"She needs more of ze punishment!" he then cried in German-accented English. One woman appeared to search his hair for lice while another called off items on an inspection list. Mosley, naked, was bound face-down and lashed more than 20 times.
