Sienna Miller, the Getty heir and the marriage split

Balthazar Getty, the American actor and heir to the Getty oil billions, has revealed that he has separated from his wife Rosetta, mother to his four children. The news follows reports that Rosetta was "humiliated" by photographs published worldwide of Getty kissing the English actress Sienna Miller (who was topless) on a boat off the Amalfi coast. However, Getty (right), who stars in the US television series Brothers & Sisters and is the great grandson of John Paul Getty, still maintains that 26-year-old Miller (left) is not the cause of the break-up.
