The couple's PR representative said they had not agreed to a settlement. It has been suggested that if there was no pre-nuptual agreement, Ritchie stands to receive as much as £70m from his wife, who is thought to have amassed a £300m fortune..............One of the heirs to the Hermes fashion empire, Mathias Guerrand-Hermes, 36, has been arrested following an "air rage" incident on a flight from Paris to New York. The episode began when he perched on the armrest of a woman's seat in the first-class compartment and refused to budge despite her husband’s protestations. Ryan O'Neal and his son Redmond have been charged with possession of methamphetamine, known as crystal meth. The 67-year-old actor and his 23-year-old son were arrested in September after police found drugs in Ryan's house in Malibu, California, during a search related to Redmond's probation order. Speaking about the charges O'Neil's spokesman said: "Ryan found it extremely frustrating and upsetting to be charged. He's not a drug user and he doesn't want to be thought of as a drug user"………..
