Amy Winehouse has been hospitalised (again). A spokeswoman for
25-year-old singer (pictured) said she had had "a bad reaction to the combination of medication she has currently been prescribed"………….Two of the judges on Strictly Come Dancing face the sack following their criticisms of John Sergeant's performances, according to the Daily Mail. On Saturday, when the former political correspondent performed his swan song before leaving the show, the programme achieved its highest ever audience rating, attracting 11.7m viewers. A BBC source told the Mail that Revel Horwood and Arlene Phillips – the two judges whose caustic comments on Sergeant’s footwork led to his standing down - “have the axe hanging over them” depending on how the ratings do for the remainder of the series.........The first studio album produced by US rock band Guns N' Roses in fifteen years, entitled Chinese Democracy, has upset the Chinese Communist Party. Its official newspaper says that the music turns a "spear point" at their country…………Oprah Winfrey has asked for a defamation lawsuit against her to be dismissed. The legal action has been filed by the ex-headmistress of a girl's school in South Africa that Winfrey set up. The teacher is suing the chat show host for $40 million following remarks she made about her trustworthiness...........
