In brief: Kirsten Dunst’s stalker held

Kirsten Dunst (pictured), most recently seen in the screen adaptation of English journalist Toby Young's best-selling book How to Lose Friends and Alienate People, has won a restraining order against an obsessed fan who has been stalking her. According to documents filed in a Los Angeles court, Christopher Smith tried to access Dunst's home four times before the actress's assistant performed a citizen's arrest and marched him down to the police station………… Condoleezza Rice, the US Secretary of State, en route to Brussels and New Delhi, entertained dignitaries by playing the piano at Buckingham Palace last night. The Queen then presented Rice with a recording of the recital............ Champion golfer Colin Montgomerie has been fined £750 for driving his Bentley at 70mph in a 40mph zone in Kingston upon Thames. He told the police: “This car is too quick”........... Simon Cowell, the X factor judge, says he wants a long overdue break from media attention after finding a tracking device attached to his car by a journalist from an unnamed publication........... Ivana Trump, former wife of the property tycoon Donald Trump, has separated from her fourth husband Rossano Rubicondi. When asked about the split, Trump, 59, who married 36-year-old Rubicondi in April, said: "As the beautiful song says, 'Que sera sera'"…………. Former police chief Brian Paddick has been voted off ITV's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!………… The brother-in-law of Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Hudson has been charged with the murder of three of her relatives. William Balfour is alleged to have killed Hudson's mother, Darnell Donerson, her brother, Jason Hudson and her seven-year-old nephew, Julian King.............
