Is Lily Allen (pictured) about to tie the knot with London art dealer Jay Jopling? Speculation intensified that the couple's relationship, reported here in December, had turned serious when they holidayed together on the Caribbean island of St Bart's. Sadly for Lily, Jopling, 45, the multi-millionaire owner of the White Cube gallery, which represents Damien Hirst, is still only separated from his wife, the artist Sam Taylor-Wood, so she might have a long wait……… Josh Brolin will not be prosecuted for his part in a bar-room brawl that ocurred last year during the making of W, Norman Stone's biopic about George W.
