Kate Moss celebrates with 34-hour birthday bash

Kate Moss has been celebrating her 34th birthday with a party marathon in London. The supermodel made a restrained start to the celebrations yesterday afternoon with a 1920s-themed 'ladies tea party' for friends including Sadie Frost, Kelly Osbourne and Davinia Taylor at the Dorchester Hotel. Moss, who also took at least one £2,500-a-night suite, arrived at the Mayfair hotel in a white fur coat.

This was just the first of four consecutive parties Moss had planned to celebrate her birthday - rumoured to be lasting 34 hours, one hour for every year of her life. After tea and scones, the group were joined by Kate's boyfriend Jamie Hince, the Kills guitarist, for dinner at China Tang, David Tang's restaurant inside the hotel. After dinner they moved on to the Punk club, where they were entertained by Radio 1 DJ Annie Nightingale and joined by Moss's Topshop boss Sir Philip Green, singer Amy Winehouse and David Walliams among others.

In the small hours the party returned to the Dorchester where, for all we know, the celebrations are still going on.
