Dodi saw model at same time as Diana

By day Dodi Fayed wooed the Princess of Wales on his St Tropez yacht, in view of the world's media. By night, however, he was having sex with his former lover, the underwear model Kelly Fisher (pictured). So claims Fisher, who yesterday told the London inquest into the deaths of Diana and Dodi that she had taped a conversation in mid-August 1997 between herself and Dodi, in which she raged: "You even flew me down to St Tropez to sit on a boat while you seduced Diana all day and fucked me all night." A transcript of the 20-minute call - made two weeks before Diana and Dodi were killed in a car crash in Paris - was read to the jury at the High Court.

During the conversation, Fisher - who believed she and Dodi were engaged - accuses Dodi of abandoning her for the Princess. At one point she says: "You told me you didn't even like her... why do you suddenly like her?" There is an argument about who cheated on the other first, she brands Dodi a "liar" and he calls her "crazy" and "hysterical". Throughout the phone call, Dodi refuses to discuss the question of engagement to Fisher and insists he and Fisher have already broken up. She retorts: "You are fucking crazy. We were together the whole time and you knew it. You knew it." Fayed ends the call with an offer to find Fisher a psychiatrist.

Fisher, who lives in Los Angeles, has already appeared as a witness at the hearings - now into their fifth month - claiming in December that she and Fayed were engaged when the son of the owner of Harrods tycoon Mohamed Fayed began a relationship with the Princess in July 1997.
