Her new self-help guide Lisa B: Lifestyle Essentials launched at the tasty Cookbook Cafe, Park Lane last night, to the applause of celebrity and socialite pals such as Caprice, Jemma Kidd (above right, with husband the Earl of Mornington) and Claudia Winkleman.
