Man City suffer bore draw & injury
Manchester City 0 Paris St-Germain 0. A dull Uefa Cup draw for Manchester City at home brought worse news for manager Mark Hughes after Elano joined the Eastlands club's growing injury list. "The Brazilian playmaker, making a rare start in the absence of the injured Robinho and Shaun Wright-Phillips, limped out of the game just four minutes into the second-half with an apparent ankle injury," writes Mark Ogden in the Daily Telegraph. "But despite last week's impressive 2-0 victory against Schalke in Germany without the talents of Robinho, this failure to break down PSG without the former Real Madrid forward will cause concern for Hughes if the £32.5m British record signing continues to struggle to overcome his recent ankle injury."
