O’Neill sets Barry deadline

The progress of Robbie Keane's move to Anfield has been mirrored by the slowing of Gareth Barry's transfer to Merseyside. Now Aston Villa boss Martin O'Neill has warned Rafa Benitez that he will set a deadline for the deal to be completed. O'Neill has also begun building bridges with Barry and appears confident that he may now stay with the Midlands outfit. (Guardian: 25/07/08)
