A young man spends his last summer before university selling marijuana throughout New York City, trading it with his unorthodox psychotherapist. Stars Ben Kingsley and Josh Peck. Jonathan Levine worked as a first assistant director and made the short films Shards (2004) and Love Bytes (2005) before making his feature debut with the horror film All The Boys Love Mandy Lane (2006). The Wackness won the Audience Award at the Sundance Film Festival, 2008.
