A chronicle of the life of 18th century aristocrat Georgiana, Duchess of Devonshire, who was reviled for her extravagant political and personal life. London born Saul Dibb followed his TV documentary Easy Money (2003) with his feature debut, the critically acclaimed Bullet Boy (2004). Work on mini-series The Line Of Beauty (2006) followed, before Dibb took the role of writer/director on The Duchess. Saul is the son of documentary maker Mike Dibb.
