Steve studied Computer Science at Sydney's University of Technology. Bin Can-Can's high quality, photo-real look comes from choosing a simple subject to render and animate: boxy single-jointed bins on still photo backgrounds. The film was screened at several festivals around the world and was crucial in securing Steve a position at Animal Logic in Sydney where he spent four years working on the Oscar-winning Happy Feet. sagland@gmail.com
