Dana graduated from Duncan of Jordanstone School of Art (Dundee) with a Masters of Fine Art degree. He helped set up Glasgow based Axis Animation and directed several award winning commercials and broadcast projects including the BAFTA winning animated series Colin and Cumberland for the BBC.
